not for me The basic information and the organization of this book is OK, but it encourages too much pampering. Like other reviewers, I found it annoying and patronizing. Seems to cater mostly to stay at home suburban moms and moms-to-be, but I have a full time job/career and live in the city. The book needs to get real.
