The makers diet I would rate this 5 stars except for one simple fact. Reality. If you can afford to live this way I think you would be much better off. I am putting as much as I can afford into practice myself and feel that I am benifiting greatly for it. It's jut so darn expensive. I mean an extra 200-400 per month expensive. His next book should be about how to make it more afordable. Just a comment on the other reviews. When he talks about not exercising, I think what he is talking about is extreems i.e. marathon runners, boddy builders, professionel dancers, and no I don't mean strippers.
