An Independant Book Store Worker's Review I must admitt, Im not the typical Manhattinite reader. I am not an intellectual. Im smart, but I can't quite articulate how I feel about a book in the ways many of my customers do. It often makes me feel stupid. ANyway, everyday atleast 5 customers came in telling me how great this book was. I was very tempted to read it but then again was nervous to be the first person to HATE it. Finally, i bit. I picked it up and started it on the way home. I swear i couldnt put it down. The way people make this book out, i was afraid it would be a tough read, dense writting and tough language. But it wasnt. The story was FABULOUS. The writting was beautiful. The lesson was priceless. I will not get into the plotline, because i went into this read completly blind to what it was about, and it turned out that was the best thing. Highly recommended by someone who does nothing but read and recommend books all day :)
