Maybe it is good, but not for me

I had a look at this book and I did not buy it. I am not condemning it, but it does not bring anything new to me, although there is definitely information that can be useful to some people. Six meals a day is a good idea for someone that has no more important things on his plate than looking after his body. It you are a working person, and need to take care of more important things in your life than the way you look, then the book is not for you. I prefer more sensible approach for an average Joe, as presented by M. Tombak in "Can We Live 150 Years?". I think that what, and how much you eat; and how you treat yourself in general, matters more than whether you eat 3 or 6 times a day.

What I liked about the book is the fact that it does not condemn any food groups. I am a great believer in eating everything that nature offers. With a dose of sensibility, of course. And this is why I prefer Dr. Tombak's books over other authors.
