This book reminds me a lot of "Body For Life." It has a very workable plan to lose weight and the diet and exercise strategies are clearly laid out and explained in sufficient detail. Readers will find plenty of pictures too of the exercises that they are instructed to do. Motivational in nature, it's laid back writing style should appeal to many.
