Learning about strengths
This book is especially helpful when dealing with unfamiliar personalities, and for those who do not know themselves. The online questionnaire is illuminating and well worth the time investment. Although I don't agree with the author's points of view with regard to weaknesses, I do agree that unless a weakness/vulnerability could create serious repercussions, our main emphasis should be on strengths. I suggest two excellent books to gain a 360 degree perspective on this issue. The first is Optimal Thinking: How to Be Your Best Self to learn how to lead with one's best self in every situation, and the second is Learned Optimism to gain understanding as to when optimism and pessimism are appropriate.
