Made my blood boil! Levin has it right in every way in this "must-read" book that really goes into detail about how our country is falling under the heel of judicial tyranny. He details the exogenesis of the problem, contrasting it nicely with the original intent of the Founding Fathers. Using that springboard, he moves us up to present time, explaining clearly and entertainingly how the original concept has become so bastardized. Putting current partisanship aside (if that's at all possible) if you have any interest in the true tenets of federalism, or if you're a constructionist (an adherent of original intent), then this is a book you have to own.
