Thank you Dr. Weissbluth!!!!!!! My baby was a horrible sleeper. He actually woke up every hour and a half for eight monthes! I felt like the living dead! I tried letting him "cry it out" (which was agonizing) as well as , "The No Cry Sleep Solution" (which seemed to make everything worse). I spent more time gettimg him to fall asleep then he would actually sleep. I went to the book store looking for yet another "solution" and there it was, a gift from god. The first night I did what the good doctor said, he slept better. Now, maybe three weeks later, my nine month old goes to bed at 6:30 every night and wakes up at 6:30! I still get up for one feeding at night, but that beats the hell out of four or five times. I will buy this book for a baby shower present for every one I go to!
