Waking during naps? We have found the suggestions in the book extremely helpful and highly recommend it to all (despite poor writing/organization). Our 7-week old is a much much happier camper because of this book! However, we did not find an answer to our remaining problem - waking up after 15 or 30 minutes of napping, still sleepy but crying and unable to fall back asleep.
