Unfortunately the author has got it wrong Christianity is not a religion that is primarily focused on justice and many of the values that are espoused by the liberal left. Protestants may be focused on such values but they are, as used to be so wonderfully put by the intolerant, heretics. Christianity is a religion primarily focused on salvation and as a side benefit, you get justice and peace but that is by no means the primary focus of the man/god who came to bring, he said, not peace but a sword.
