A nutshell
This book is not worth the money. Here's the bulk of it in a nutshell. Walk everyday. Short walks, long walks, stairs...whatever, just move. Secondly, make what you eat count. Do not eat mindlessly or too much. Eat what you want, only until you are full. And eat fresh. Do not eat processed, packaged food. There, that's it. Obviously if you do these things, you will lose weight. You don't need to pay $20 to have a French woman tell you how bad the American diet is.
