I LOVE this cookbook, and it's author! Giada is classy, fun, and she makes me feel comfortable when I watch her show.....knowing I could reproduce her steps with ease. I knew her book would be the same, and I was not disappointed. She speaks to the budding cook inside of me. Her recipies are easy, and unpretentious. I have never 'waited impatiently' for a book to be released...but, my husband and I kept checking to see when this one would come out. He surprised me with it a few days after it's release. I read it cover to cover the minute he handed it to me. I will pass it down to my daughter when she's old enough to use it. Giada, you have two fans in Livermore, CA. Keep doing what you're doing.
