The Best; bar none EveryDay Italian is so complete. The recipes are easy to follow and the ingredients are things that are easy to find. I watch Giada on The Food Network when I'm looking at one of the recipes and she really does do the step by step. I HIGHLY recommend this book and her show to anyone that enjoys cooking and enjoys creating fantastic tasting meals.
