No one better than Giada! Giada's book is fabulous, filled with wonderful, simple to make recipes that will allow you to enjoy the time spent in the kitchen making them, as well as having time left over to eat them. Every recipe I have ever made of hers has turned out terrific. Yes, you can download many of them from the food network website, but the book itself has the added bonus of Giada's mini intro to each of the recipes which adds a personal touch. I had the pleasure of meeting Giada at one of her book signings, and she is as genuine, kind, interesting and nice as she appears on her show. I like and respect her cooking knowledge, show and cookbook even more as a result of meeting her. I for one, am ready for her next cookbook! Giada, you're the best! Bravissimo!
