Kiss this book good-bye
I find the subject of psychics helping to solve crimes fascinating. Too bad this is such a terrible book. At most, there a few very uninformative, uninsightful paragraphs about the crimes she's helped solve. But most of the book is mindless, sophomoric... more

AN INTERESTING READ...
I read this book the same day I bought it. Like another reviewer, I wish it would have had more detail, but one with an open mind will not regret buying it because it is interesting.

Don't let the "nay sayers" in these reviews discourage... more

An Easy, Worthwhile, Thought-provoking read!
For those who are open-minded enough to consider the possibility of an afterlife, or just for those who "just had a feeling" something would happen and it did, this book is for you. Very comforting for those who have lost a loved one.

Very Unbelievable book
I agree with "Ma Bell". Nobody really knows what happens after death and if somebody tells you that they know the answer then they are scammers. I feel pity for small minded people who actually believe in this garbage. People who think that psychics and... more

J. Boyle "ma bell" is a FAKE
How do we know there REALLY IS A J.BOYLE "ma bell" ANYONE can claim to be this person. If you don't believe in what you are writing about than Don't write about it. As for John Edward being fake, I have been there and was read. I feel pity for people... more

Love the show, not the book....
I read Allison Dubois book over the weekend and although I do believe she has "abilities" I thought the book was very very weak. It didn't tell me anything about anything. I am one for detail and in depth explanation and this short book provided none.... more

psychics are fake!!!
I have read allison's book and I think she uses the same formula that all fake psychics use. Anybody can write a book claiming they are psychic and anybody can write a book about supposed meetings they had with customers that were successful. How do we... more

I couldn't put it down!
I read this book cover to cover without putting it down. Then, sent it off to my mom to read. :)
Not only does this book tell you of Allison's experiences, but it also guides you in understanding your own gifts (if you have them).
For anyone... more

Interesting book
I did enjoy reading this book, but like the TV show (Medium) based on her life much better.

Having read books by John Edward and Sylvia Browne, I was a little disappointed. The book is on the short side and doesn't tell about as many of... more

Don't Kiss Them Good-Bye
Excellent! One of the best I've ever read! I couldn't put it down! I am anxiously awaiting Allison DuBois' next book!!!

Living the bold and daring uncommon life
If you've lost a loved one, have psychic intuitive abilities that you are trying to figure out, if you are a fan of Jonathan Edwards or James Van Praagh or Tiffany Snow or Sylvia Browne, this book will be a pleasure. Understand what it is like to live... more

I Couldn't Put it Down!
I received this book three hours ago and have already finished. I simply could not put it down. I would say that this book is not geared to the skeptic. Allison doesn't exactly explain how she has these visions or what it is like seeing her deceased... more

The Real Deal
Get ready to enjoy this sensational book. It's not another "Medium Memoir," it's not the same old book about mediumship. The wait is over; Allison DuBois tells it like it is. She radiates confidence, the book is an easy read. An evidence-based research... more
