Practical and effective I've found this book to be incredibly practical and effective for toning and firming the abdominal region. Although you will need a more rigorous exercise program to truly obtain a 6 pack, this is the program to start with to eliminate any soft area... more
Didn't like this book as much as "8 Minutes in the Morning" I really did not like this book as much as "8 Minutes in the Morning" by Jorge Cruise. If you only have 8 minutes for Abs, I suggest getting one of Denise Austin's abs videos that are shorter in length.
