Really Works!
I must admit, I was sceptical when I ordered this book, but now I don't regret buying it. The section on why North Americans are overweight was worth the book alone. Furthermore, after a year of going through this program, I have lost over 40 pounds, and I'm keeping it off. And, the best thing is I'm never hungry (believe it or not). Nevertheless, I don't think this program is as easy as "8 minutes in the morning" as the title suggests because it takes a little longer to do these exercises (more like 15 minutes in the morning). Furthermore, there are a few diet changes you must adhere to, which takes some effort. Also, I gave up on the idea of trying to lose "two pounds a week" as he guaranteed because you gain muscle mass in the process, so the scales lie. With that said, this program really does work. All you need is an open mind, and to stick with it. I would suggest, however, easing your way into Mr. Cruises's program--get comfortable with the exercises first, then slowly change your diet--especially if you are out of shape, like I was. [Incidentally, Mr. Cruise now has a similar book for people 30 pounds, or more, overweight.] After reading this book, I have no more excuses for being overweight. In addition, it has helped me regain my health and my self-esteem. Mr. Cruise has certainly done his homework here! I easily give this book five stars!
