Reduced weight without starving and that with a toddler
Ever since my baby was born, I was doing all sorts of excercise regimens only to get exhausted or bored by them after a while. This book with its sensible advise on eating and sleeping habbits along with just eight minutes of excercise (which took me about 15 minutes to actually read and do them) was the final solution. More importantly, as the excercises are different for each day, I didn't get a chance to get bored with them. I could take time for this short workout even during vacations. I once tried the thighs version of this book too and that was the only time that I lost fat between my inner thighs. I just wish there is one for both stomach and thighs! And I also wish that there is one for pregnancy too as now I am having another baby. One thing's for sure, I'll start with this again book after delivery...
